    This game deserves a fresh start on this board.

    If I was an impartial observer....just a fan of college football in general I would have to be completely sold on the marquis value of this epic game about to unfold in Atlanta.

    Unbelievably.....for the second straight year we have a de facto national semi-final in the Georgia Dome. Last year I said it was so....took a lot of flak and actually was suspended here because of it.

    This year.....no question.....no debate.....( except for Corey...God bless
    him )......this game between Fla and Alabama is for a chance to win all the marbles in Pasadena.

    Can't wait for this one and I just hope by going to a little establishment called "Gators"in St. Pete Beach tomorrow 3 hours before the game that my son and I can get a table.

    I'm not sure what you're talking about Bill. I said that Bama and Florida were my least favorite TEAMS. I think that's to be expected from a Tennessee fan.

    I actually admire Tebow's football accomplishments and I think he does a great job spreading the message of something he obviously believes in (Jesus Christ). He uses his platform quite well.

    However, I do have to agree a bit with Tom that I grow tired of the media's adoration for him.

    Alabama may win... they may not. I would say that unless he puts his cape on in the 4th quarter, this game will end Tebow's Heisman hopes. Alabama has dominated the game and looks good to continue taking the battle to Texas if they hold on here.
