Taking into account the Booby Bowden saga, I like the way Dr. Tom rode off into the sunset to end his career. Laughingly he blamed it on the Mizzou game of '97 that gave him heart problems, but Coach Tom had other ideas. Of course Osborne had other credentials on his resume that enabled him to pursue other interests, and he did, but ultimately it was a promise that he made to his family and assistant years ago that let him leave his legacy in a perfect spot after winning 3 NC's in 4 years.

It's a younger man that needs to endure today's expectations of CFB. It takes to much energy, concentration and commitment that you can't fully expect out of a man's age such as Bowden.

When do you consider the Horse tired? Are you listening Joe Paterno?

No doubt Dr. Tom went out on top, so few are able to do that.

Dr. Tom is a class act and truly one person that has shined above most coaches. I have always admired who he is and what he has done...There are so few long time coaches these days that I hate to say it but Joe Pa & Bobby are past the point of recognizing how it is supposed to be done when its time to move on...

Didn't eat this one the guy who owned the buggy wanted to bring it to the taxidermy. I had it only once before, made up like a chicken salad with mayo. It wasn't bad but not something I have missed...It does taste like chicken though..
