This was one of those games, I am glad is out of the way. Scheduling non conference games against the Mac, in the middle of the Big Ten season, is not my cup of tea. (However state legislature feels differnently)

Bowling Green actually turned out to be a fairly difficult opponent and did a great job keepong our rushing numbers down.

Troy Smith had another very accurate day, no huge numbers, but passed for three TDs.

Tressell ran a lot of players in and out all day long.

MSU up next weekend at East Lansing.

    Don,

Troy was brilliant...he was 17-20 for 200 yards, 3 TD's and no picks. The
incompletions were 2 dropped balls and a pass caught in the back of the endzone that was subsequently ruled out. If he keeps this up, we're going to be very difficult to beat.

The big concern is his health....I saw him hobble off the field with what looked like an ankle. I saw him come back after halftime and he looked gimpy. What's the word in Columbus?
