Buckeyes better get our flame-retardent suits on.

    Hope He Kicked His Habit

FWIW I agree with Tressel's decision allowing him back on as a walk-on.

Well I can agree that when a kid makes a terrible mistake like he did, that he has to be punished but after that it makes no sense to try to keep him from doing things that he's good at and might have a chance at a career. I do think it's the right thing to do to make him walk-on though.

Without making a big deal of it, I do NOT think this player should be allowed near the team in any capacity. Don't forget, the main drug dealer of the "We are family" Pittsburgh Pirates was Pirate Pete, the mascot in the parrot suit. Drug dealers come in all disguises...

Tough to argue with your point, JO'Co...

I assume that he'll be on an awfully short leash and hope this works out.

Of course I hope you're right Stu. The decision has been made and I hope everything works out well for the young man and the university. My only point, is that if I were in charge, there would be no second chances for some things and drug dealing is one of them...

:D I think Coach Tressel goes the extra mile for some of these kids, almost to a fault.

However, it is his call and he will have to address the situation if it backfires.

I do not recall him ever saying anything really negtive about MC, although the rest of us were giving him hell.
