Terry, one time you asked me why I would like Nick Saban. Tonight is why, he may not be lovable but he knows how to put a team together and how to win. Then after the game he was a gracious winner.

I look forward to more years of rivalry between Florida and Alabama.

We play the next two years during the regular season. I would give Bama the advantage next season at their field, but not the year after at our field.

Roll Tide Roll (don't take offense Terry, it's the SEC)

If you lived in this state and didn't have a dog in the fight, you'd love the guy.

He pistol whips the media. If you think he has control over his team, you should see what he does to a notoriously cut throat Alabama media.

    I..........

<t>Really don't think he has his best club yet. Wait till he gets a really stud QB which I understand is on the way.<br/>
People bitch about what he is paid but you won't find a Bama fan that thinks he is overpaid.</t>

Hey, the QB tonight played very well. I don't see him losing his job next season.

    KP............

<t>I was the one that gave the kid props after watching him in the state championship game here in Texas. IMO Bama will have a better prospect in the future at that position.</t>

Bama has 2 on their roster right now... Much more 'Sabanesque' QBs than GMac.

Funny thing about GMac, is that he was only recruited when Tebow told Bama no.. The kid hasn't lost a game since HS or middle school or some incredible number.

I know my coworkers will gladly be eating some crow come Monday (as they are all Tide fans or grads). This time last year, I told them that:
    1. Their offensive line would be better if it wasn't so reliant on that lazy tub of sh*t they had at LT last year.. 1st round talent, free agent heart..
    2. As soon as they stop starting whatever is the latest Bama sweetheart at QB (Croyle, JPW) and go with who just leads the damn thing efficiently, they'd be tough to stop.... especially after they nabbed Fresno State's offensive coordinator 2 years ago.
    3. My called shot of, not only would Bama win, but they'd do so convincingly (not a blow out, but a no doubt win) if there was an SECCG rematch this year.

I'm sure they won't mind though.

I understand he was the starter in High School for only one year. But that's still an incredible record.

And he looked as he was that good last night.
