ND ticket application came today. The whole Malloy clan is getting together at the MSU game. I expect heavy demand for the Ga. Tech, SC, and BC games. Any thoughts as to what game we should shoot for?

We're going to the BC game, but I'd be up for a 2nd trip if the BC game doesn't fit the groups schedule. You are right though about the BC game being a tough ticket since it's the last game of the series there will likely be a lot of BC people trying to make the game and take home some of the hallowed turf of ND stadium. Who knows maybe they'll try to chip up some asphalt in the stadium parking lot if they win.

Don't forget to post some guards in the BC locker room.

I could probably do Michigan State, Navy, Air Force, Duke or @Stanford...

UCLA is only selling Notre Dame tiks as part of a season ticket for $250. The only season tiks left are in the south end zone. I have a feeling that Bruin tiks for all other games will be easy to find on StubHub when Irish fans start dumping them...

I could come up with one or two of my sons to any game

That sounds great, Gonz! You're one of the few old-time Prodigy posters that I haven't met yet.

    :p
OK...let's try this again. I can fly back there for under $300 per person. That's not a problem. My grandson Brendan wants to come along too and his dad Grady can come up from Cincinnati where he works for IBM during the week. (Grady lives here in San Dimas, CA., but works in Ohio!) The problem is getting tickets.

Tickets for USC begin at $545 (each) to sit in the endzone up $3,500 (each) to sit on the 50yd line. Boston College is $350 on up to $2,500 and so on. It looks like the only games I can afford to attend would be Air Force or Duke. The tickets are under $200 for those games. Is there any way that anyone can come up with tickets for Boston College? If not, I'll probably bring Diane, Grady, Brendan and Dave Francis for the Air Force game...

You haven't met me yet either; Brace yourself! I'd love to meet Gonzo as well... I'm always looking for him on the high seas off south Florida.

I can try for BC tickets through a couple of contacts I have locally.

We're commited to the BC game. I'm not sure about a Nov game. I wish I had extra tickets, but we'll be lucky to be able to take care of ourselves for that game.

<r>Unfortunely guys I'm afraid the Gentry clan will have to sit this year out. Daughter has a wedding in August that I have to travel to Indianapolis to attend that and between the wedding, travel etc. it is pretty much taking most of the disposable cash for this year. Unless things change financially between now and then, we are gonna have to wait till next year. <E></E></r>
