    Well Nephew Matt had his best college tournament and the Aggies finished 3rd in the West Regional, the top 5 teams go to the NCAA Final at Inverness in Toledo Ohio. Matt had 67 on the final round and finished with a birdie, he finished tied for 12th overall. They played at the Lake Merced Golf Club in Daley City CA. I know nothing about the course, hadn't even ever heard of it.

    Have any of you guys played Inverness?

    I have. Played many years ago. That that it was a very long test. I don't think I broke 90. I attended the Senior Open there a few years ago. It's a classic Donald Ross course. Well trapped.
    If you have the urge to attend, Mary and I could put you up. It's about a 70 min. drive from here.

    Thanks for the offer, but I won't be going to the Finals.

    Big weekend for Matt, besides playing in the NCAA West he graduated with his MS in Finance. Funny thing is last year when he graduated with his BA in Accounting he didn't walk because he was at a NCAA Regional, this year same got the sheepskin but didn't get to walk.
