or something Shakespearean like that! Man I was really pulling for Freddie in that last 18, he had so many opportunites to make putts under 4' and just couldn't do it. He hit the ball beautifully tee to green all day, but the short putts just absolutely killed him. "He shoulda been a champion"!

Also painfull to watch Tiger time after time put himself in exactly the position he wanted to be in with a beautifull drive off the tee and come up short with his short game. Ordinarily in a situation like yesterday he'd be money from inside 150, but he was way off and while he wasn't as bad as Freddie with the putter he wasn't his normnal self.

But you have to hand it to Phil he got the lead and just didn't make any mistakes, just kept hitting the ball well and taking advantage of most of his opportunities. Pretty touching there at the end with his kids and all. Great looking little family.

OK AJ what were the final standings of the contest. I have an opening tomorrow for the winner in my schedule! :)

I must be an old Scrooge... :?

Mickelson is one of my favorite golfers and has a beautiful wife and cute kids...

But do we have to see the same thing after every time he wins a tournament? It wouldn't be a problem if it didn't seem so staged.

:!: BTW...A quick look at the lists makes me think that Gip won AJ's contest...had all five picks finish in the top 9.

Buckeye T And I were, I think, tied for second.
