:shock: Wow. I've seen that happen here too. The town I grew up in, Chino, California, was a little cow town of less than 5,000 people. The cows out-numbered the people more than 100-1, and the flies out-numbered the cows by a billion-to-one. Dairy farmers with hundreds of acres of cows, flies and cow pies were offered millions of dollars for their land and today the little town (and it's milk) are gone. In it's place are two large cities: Chino and Chino Hills. Both cities are still growing and contain a combined population of more than 100,000... Down at the beach, there are some places where beach front property is in the neighborhood of one million $ per foot. In other words, you could purchase 75 feet of Pacific frontage for $75 million. That's why all the houses are turned sideways in places like Newport Beach. It sounds like south Florida is going that way too...
