Local Hispanics are estatic! Reliant was sold out to the max, it was a heavily pro-mexican atmosphere...hardly a home game. But still how do we get up 2-0 on those SOB's and then give up 4 goals . Not to mention Spain recently put a 4-0 whipping on us in Boston. Do we play defense?

Terrible defense. We lose a defender early on and that somehow justifies how we have more holes than a box of Cheerios. We make up for our lack of talent by having no depth. The fact is, our ball control skills were inferior to the Mexicans and they were just far better.

Apparently after the game the Concaf ceremony was all in Spanish. As our goalie Howard said you can bet that if the US won in Mexico City the ceremony wouldn't be in English.

I will never hear the end of it tomorrow with my Mexican employees, they will give it to me all week.... I may have to turn them in and deport them by the end of the week...

I watched the entire fiasco and Gipper's analysis is right on the mark. Yes, it's a pisser, but there's nothing to whine about. Mexico simply had a better team. They had a legit, world-class player in Chicharito...I think that means "Little Cockroach" and a supporting cast of real players that was quite frankly, the best Mexican team that I've ever seen. We're not going to stop them with 35 year-old defenders that's for sure. We need to cut the old guys loose before the next World Cup and the sooner the better...

They don't have to pay taxes here and they can maintain duel citizenship.
