Away from the televised ads of presidential hopefuls bombarding each other with slander that ignites forums, housewives and the everyday Joe watching a news channel the U.S. Supreme Court (Yes the other branch of the US government) has ruled that police and federal agents cannot track U.S. citizens via GPS without a warrant, unanimously 9-0 that it is.

Now you may ask why is RC being the dullest of dullards and not smart enough to consider doing anything illegal in the first place bringing up this topic. It's because no matter if the party is left or right the travesty of what we have lost as Americans since the 9/11/2001 has been staggering. This act is not correcting the actions that have been made by our government to stamp out terrorism that have reduced our rights of a free people but it was one small door being closed in the ever expanding erosion of it....

Just a note to the author who wrote this article the Fraternal Order of Police is not a pro-police state organization but gives representation to those who serve the public as law enforcement.

American businesses track our online habits "to better serve us", our cell phones track us again to "better serve us. We have increasing presence of camera's everywhere, sometimes a good thing for sure as a crime deterrent or to help solve a crime after it's been committed. But we give up more and more of our privacy all the time.

On the 100th anniv of George Orwells 1984 we'll most likely exceed anything he ever dreamed of...to better serve us of course!
