Yeah a lot of SEC teams are going to get well on Tenn this season. How's Les Miles seat these days? Hot, Warm, Cold?
LSU seems to have the same thing going that UF did regarding a sluggish offense. I read last week that something was starting to click at practice for the Gators and then witnessed it for myself on Sat. night. Amazing turnaround.....if it lasts. I suspect the Bama defense can make "moribund" part of an offense's description very easily. I wonder if LSU may yet get their O worked out? If not I look for 3-4 losses from the Tigers same as I do for UF if they slip back into the offensive abyss.
Watch it LSWho... I know where you work! I fully expect to call LSU the wimp of the SEC West unless you beat us by at least 6 TDs. 8)
So does Cindy. She asked me to create him an account so he is here. Fresh meat. Sic 'em boys!
First play from scrimmage and the LSU QB runs 83 yards untouched for a TD. It might jus be a loooong day.
It may not end this way but LSU certainly didn't have a bye week. Tennessee has the lead 14 - 10 with less than 12 minutes left. We are lasting much deeper in the game than we did in our two losses.
This game was stolen. LSU had illegal substitution with the clock running down. We substitute and have no time to react. The game ends with us winning and then we find a flag for too many men on the field. LSU gets another chance at a calm untamed down and wins the game. Well played Tennessee. You didn't lose this game. It was gift wrapped and handed to LSU.
What a load of crap. There is no way that LSU didn't illegal motion or players on the field also. Tennessee deserved better.
I'm over my disappointment now. One play or one call does not win or lose a game. The boys played extremely well. This young team is coming together. We had a chance to move the ball late in the 4th and keep it out of the hands of LSU. We failed. Better days are ahead for this team.
OMG <r><E></E> <br/> <br/> I can't even think of any kind of slant to talk smack about the LSU Tenn game... I am just glad we got out of there alive</r>
I refused to post until now because I was trying not to throw things. But I'm better now. For such a young team and their first game on the road, I think the rest of our opponents better watch out. The men from Tennessee have come together as a team and they played full out until the last whistle. Unfortunately, the refs said the game wasn't over with that whistle. :? I hate refs that have to be the game.
It was a tough loss but I have to agree with the McCords analysis of the game. I think you guys will be in a lot of games the rest of this season. Me, I fee like the Gators were run over by an elephant.
