I never heard of this site before so, maybe it's a totally bogus rumour.

I've heard nothing but bad things about Lies Miles with regard to recruiting so this would not surprise me in the least.

He's a slime, and an idiot... which may be why he fits in so well with Loser State!!

Hangin's too good for him!

I can't comment one way or the other. I do know that recruiting against LSU is tough and the Gators have lost players almost every year that we have felt pretty good about to LSU late in the game.

Where does the Loser State comment come from?

I don't want to speak for Scott but there is bad blood between LSU and A&M over LSU canceling a football contract.

There has ALWAYS been bad blood between us and the Bayou Kitties.
It goes back to the first series we had with them in which EVERY game was played in Baton Rouge.
I'm sure the SEC folks here know very well how much "fun" their fans are to be around.

Then as Terry mentioned pulled out of the last two years of a long contract with A&M and refused to pay the penalty fee.
Because we would have had to sue in Lousianna court... A&M chose not to pursue it...
    But we haven't forgotten.
Did I mention their "Fans"??? Total scum...

L$U can fall into the pit for all I care...

Ah, I get the picture Scott!

I think I remember when that happened, I think it was when the SEC was expanding their conference schedule from 6 games then to 7 games and then to 8 games. We canceled the Miami Hurricanes then and they've always resented it, but there was no penalty involved.

What was the basis that LSU wouldn't pay the penalty?

I've never been to a game at LSU so don't know what their fans are like there, I have seen some of them at the games at the Swamp but don't remember having much interface with them.

The fans that come to our stadium that I have had some interface with and have enjoyed are Auburn and Alabama fans. They follow their teams well and I've always found them easy to talk with.

This showed up on some of the SEC boards a week or two ago, but nothing has been added lately so I'm not too sure of the credibility of the Jockrap.com website.

I have no reason (obviously) to be a fan of LSU...

But I do have to throw in that I had a friend who went to the BCS game and he came back with a very good impression of the LSU fans...at least the ones who were there.

He experienced a liquored up LSU crowd (redundant I know) that WON the game. From my experience, the issues come from the liquored up LSU fans that are pissed over a lost. The times that Cindy and I have been in Baton Rouge attending a Tennessee loss, the fans’ frenzy peeked during the game and they were ready to go celebrate a victory… or go sleep it off.

    Tom,

Add in the liquored fans that come out for the road games in the "scum" category.

I've NEVER encountered anything like those people.

One of my most vivid memories is walking down Welborn Ave in College Station heading to Kyle Field and being passed by a car load of L$U fans hanging out the windows, screaming "F$#* the Aggies!".
Before you ask... they were NOT students, but "adult" fans of the Kitties.
