This article sums it up pretty well: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/nfl-draft-scout/24389860/nfl-draft-teddy-bridgewater-shows-no-1-form-in-route-of-miami After Sat. night I think it's possible Teddy B could go as the #1 overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft. He diced up Miami in a similar fashion as he did Florida last year so in his two most high profile games as a player he rocked with supreme confidence. I know there's not a Gator who is surprised by what he and his team did to the canes Saturday night. Now the question is..... will his coach Charlie Strong land a new higher profile coaching gig? Texas ?
Know how it feels Ralph.... I don't ask that my team win every bowl game..... but at least I like them to appear that they were capable of winning the game. Neither UF nor Miami played that way vs. Louisville and maybe the element of surprise/being taken lightly could have played a role in last year's Sugar Bowl but it's hard to believe that the Canes would do likewise after seeing what the Cardinals did to UF last year. L'ville with Strong and Bridgewater is a legit team.
He looked great against Miami for sure, and with the Texans having the #1 overall pick and desperately needing a QB he's being talked about a lot around here as that guy.
Evidently the $450 Best Buy card was a ploy to throw the Canes off their game. I hear rumor that Strong told his team they could have their card "after" defeating Miami.... Meanwhile Cane players could be seen accusing each other on the sideline of grabbing the wrong Bose head phones to listen to "bitch nicki" and "Ice cube"....Golden meanwhile was fielding calls from Penn State through his head phones on the side line and while counting the promised millions to come coach called wrong formations one after another... 8) Oh yeah we was robbed I tell ya....
   good ones Ralph. One can only find amusement in such disasters.... sorta like the hilarious Florida football season of 2013..... Wouldn't put that move past Strong. I thoroughly believe he had some personal motivation to beat Miami soundly.
I don't take them lightly at all. That destruction of Florida's defense was something no one should have ever looked past as a fluke. The kid will most likely go on to make big money in the NFL, but if he comes back, he'll be in the ACC next year. If that Louisville team doesn't lose all of their guys to the NFL, they'll be a playoff contender next year whether anyone likes it or not.
