    You have to fail 3 test's and you still get one more chance? What if you were just in a room where everybody but you was smokin? :)

    Good point, how do you punish a kid for failing a drug test for a substance that is legal?

    I've wondered how they were going to enforce that in states in which it is legal. That being said, this guy is an idiot.
