Sad day for the Irish. He was poised to bring in one of his biggest and best recruiting classes when he died. No telling what he might have accomplished had he lived and continued coaching at ND. He might even be considered the Nick Saban of his time!
Terry, respectfully, I submit that Nick Saban is the Knute Rockne of modern day college football. Of course, that's an unbiased opinion.
