    Well actually he said there hasn't been a clean WS Champion in 20 years...but that includes the Sox!

    Any team that had Manny Ramirez was not clean. When the crackdown on steroids began, he turned out to be just a .220 hitter with very little power. No juice, no Manny. The same can be said of Eric Gagne and Sammy Sosa who also turned back into pumpkins without chemical boosters...

    A quick check of the record book for this time period also shows some remarkable performances by the clean players who often triumphed over their Frankenstein-created opponents. Guys like Junior Griffey, Ichiro Suzuki and Orel Hershiser...
