I'm shocked as hell, but maybe even the Bowdens could no longer stand the heat in the Kitchen after getting shutout by Wake Forrest. That last sentence about "skirting the nepotism rules" sort of says it all about the cheating culture at FSU football, they even cheat on their own rules.

I hope Lorenzo Booker is enjoying his "opportunity" to win a NC at Florida State...

Shut out by Wake Friggen Forest... Kinda gives you that warm fuzzy feelin' all over doesn't it? Booker wins the unofficial CJ Leak Cut&Run Award for 2006 in a close one over Olsen at Miami...

Interesting that it is the Boosters who are footing the bill to buy him out of the contract. At ND since we don't have that kind of oraganization, the University if responsible for the buyout of Ty Willinghams contract.

I wonder is this the norm with regards to buyouts/firing of coaches? Boosters pay???

It certainly keeps the issue of using taxpayer money out of the equation.
