With his hips and mobility, you'll be able to go get a drink waiting for him to "run" to the top of the formation to dot it!! :)

TOK, I'm thinkin' the ole Bear ain't gonna be high-steppin' it ala the Sousaphone player....I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about the crowd reaction...the Buckeye Nation truly worships Jack - home town boy and all literally growing up in the shadow of the 'Shoe - as it does few others. Perhaps only Woody himself occupies a higher place of honor amongst the Buckeye faithful!

Jack's group designed the Tradition Course at Texas A&M, where my nephew is on the golf team. Jack came for the formal dedication, he was supposed to play a exhibition round. Nephew said he fell going up a steep embankment around the 3rd or 4th green and quit, hips were really bothering him that day.

    The greatest IMHO.

Texas A&M golf? Small world.....last year they won the collegiate tournament we hold here at my home course every year - The Landfall Tradition at the Nicklaus course. Did he play last year? I almost certainly would have met him as I marshalled all three tourney days and as I recall, I was the only marshall decked out in full Buckeye regalia.

The tourney starts tomorrow and I noticed they are not returning to defend their title. That's too bad, but fortunately for me both men and women Buckeye teams will be participating.

Matt was red shirted last year BuckeyeT, he just got back from from Windemore Fla (Isleworth Country Club) and is getting ready to go to a match play tournament at the Colonial in Fort Worth. He did say that his teammates reported a guy in Ohio State gear who just wanted to talk about some guy named Rex Kern. :)

....right some old geezer talking about some players who played 20 years before they were born! It is a great tourney though....one we're quite proud of. Practice rounds today, tourney Friday - Sunday.

Buckeye girls just came by on their practice round and I treated them to a rousing version of Buckeye Battle Cry....neighbors weren't quite sothrilled however!

    A little promo....
