    Seating is now up to 38000. They are adding few thousand each off season. I would say they could fill a 200.000 seat park. This is REAL baseball..REAL fever...REAL fans...Boston is so unique :!:

    I figured Rick or Stu would know this ...

    But it's the number of consecutive sellouts that the Cleveland Indians had between those dates. Pretty impressive, I think the Jake was brand new back then wasn't it?

    I posted that since Jif started the topic with the Red Sox selling out the season again for the 5th year. I assume the Indians counted playoff games in that record so the Sox are bound to be somewhere north of 324 (# of reg season home games in 4 years), and add another 81+ this year....that'll still leave them shy of the Indians record. :)
