But it's a SEC win over an opponet who the Gators have their share of trouble beating.

Gators 28-13 over Alabama, we fall behind 10-0 and only have about 30 yards of offense until we get the ball on our own five with half the 2nd quarter gone. From ther on we do move the ball and score 21 offensive points and a defensive TD. The game was in doubt until late in the 4th quarter.

    A typical SEC game.

As far as I can tell so far nobody in the SEC has a great offense, maybe LSU...but that's about it. But lots of great defenses...that's what won it for you guys great Gator defense.

Of course all that can change as the season goes on and teams mature.

Georgia is struggling again on offense vs Ole Miss which will not be identified as one of the great SEC defenses.

    Plus I got 14 points in the Skybox pool!! 8) 8) 8) 8)

    Congrats!!

Late in the 4th Qtr, Georgia still doesn't have 100 yards passing...and I repeat Ole Miss isn't one of those great SEC defenses!!

I'm watching the Georgia - Ole Miss game myself Terry.

I have to say that I think Georgia is in a heap of trouble next week against Tennessee.

Tenn. beats Georgia next week in my opinion.

I do think Florida will be in Atlanta if they can beat one of the next two (LSU or Aub) and then beat Ga as the Gators should in Jax. Even losing the next two but beating Ga might get the Gators in because Ga should have at least two losses and doesn't Tenn play LSU...which they could lose? Hopefully UF has no more than one SEC loss and my bet is they won't.

I will be in the Swamp next week and what a game atmosphere that should be.

Thanks Don, Tebow is our future and him getting playing time this year and contributing will be helpful when he takes over next year.

Some people think he can't pass, but he threw for close to 10,000 yards in high school here in Florida.

And congratulations on the Ohio State's big win yesterday.

    Bill,
How young is your defense? Is that a recruiting priority now?

Kp, yes defense is one of our recruiting priorities. Of the guys who started yesterday most of the front 7 will be gone, either graduation or probably leaving early. All three starting linebackers and 3 of the front four.

We will be very young on defense next season.

I thought so. OL and DL and DB talent seems to be harder to spot in high school than RB,QB and LB
