Here's a perfect article for today

    http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews/16462842.htm

One would like to email the writer but it would only make his day. He's completely off base in his assessment of the situation. Some points that could be made.
    1. TW's biggest fault was not the losses to top teams. CW hasn't lost to Pitt, BYU, Purdue etc. Ty did.
    2. Ty didn't recruit. Our junior and soph. classes are small and not highly rated. While he had one very good class CW already has twice that.
    3. CW has already made changes in his staff. TW never did. His OC was so bad that UW refused to take him with TW. He was unable to find a job in the US and actually ended up as an assistant on a CFL team.
    4. TW never made the BCS. CW 2 for 2.
    5. Perhaps the writer instead of wondering how CW keeps his job, he should be asking the question why the coach of the only team to lose to Stanford is keeping his. (the answer is probably becuse if you fire him, guys like this will be writing ******** blaming you for being unfair to a minority.)

BS article, anybody who can't see the difference between Willingham and Weis and their success on the field is just blind.
