    Good luck Tom,

What is the attitude from the locals with all this going on??? Have you had enough soccer for three lifetimes yet???

Soccer!!! Hopefully he's been watching Gaelic sports like Gaelic Football and Irish Hurling (which is not what drunken Irishmen do upon leaving the Pub!!)

I don't understand soccer and too old to learn a new sport to watch. I am so glad I invested in Slingbox. I have not turned on an Irish TV this entire trip.

I get back to the US to teach an Internet delivery class for Europe which starts at 01:00 in the blessed a.m. here in Austin... which equates to 07:00 in Ireland... the same time frame I was teaching there... Argh!

    ... but I have a job... I keep telling myself, I have a job.

Ready for my third trip to Ireland in as many months. Earlier in the week, the Dublin airport was closed down due to the volcano ash concentrating over the UK. It appears to be open presently. I am flying out at 13:12 hoping to make the entire trip. My luck, I will get to Atlanta and be stuck there.

I can give the best prediction of all the people trying to predict when the volcano will quit...

On the 29th of May, I return from my third three week visit to the lovely shores of Dublin. As soon as I get back home where it can no longer F#@& with me, it will go dormant! Argh!!!!! :?

Back in the country for... a week.

Taiwan locked so I will be flying there on 5-June. I will be there for a week and Santa Clara for a week. This traveling thing is not all it is cracked up to be.

    But:

I have a job... in this ailing economy, I... have... a job.
