LOL, I am right there with you guys....The reason I asked is because this particular commercial became a topic on a Hurricane board and the alumni who are attorneys mentioned that this type of commercial would never be allowed by the Florida Bar...

We are bombarded by commercials such as 1-800-call-gary.......This guy has a miniature white house on Siesta Key on the west coast of Florida that is opulent in ways you can't imagine...

Ambulance chasers.....They are all the same...My original investor who I managed property for was the most intelligent man I have ever met, he spoke 7 languages, raced Grand Prix in Europe, lived in Saratoga NY for six months to learn horse racing and then dominated the sport over in Europe loved the United States as a resident of Milan Italy. He said there will never be another country as great as ours BUT our downfall will be the lawyers and attorneys in our country that outnumber the remaining worlds attorneys combined...

I wondered what happened to him after he left the Beach Boys.

Wait! He has a different spelling of his first name.

    Never mind.

It's too bad that 95% of the lawyers give the whole profession a bad name.
Seriously, the most visible, the plaintiff trial attorneys make up a very small portion of the profession. Lawyers represent indigents in both criminal and civil matters. They serve in government positions in areas such as consumer protection and civil rights. They help the average individual prepare wills, trusts, property transfer documents and powers of attorney.
Whether or not lawyers will be the downfall of this country is debatable but one thing is for sure, it was lawyers like John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln that founded and kept this country great.
