Check out Stewart Mandel's pick: "Since Mark Richt took over at Georgia in 2001, the Bulldogs have gone 53-13. The Gamecocks, during that same time, have a 33-27 mark. And yet all but one of the five Georgia-South Carolina matchups have been decided by a touchdown or less. This year's thriller shall tilt in the Gamecocks' favor. Upset special: South Carolina 20, Georgia 16"
Great analysis of this game as I watched a lot of it... http://cfn.scout.com/2/566559.html Richt is a great coach for Ga and they should be happy to have him.
I didn't think it was possible to make Spurrier look bad. The Gamecocks have succeeded. Did you guys see old Loose Boltz? Guy looked like he had a crow stuck in his throat. LOL, what an old senile goon.
I didn't see it but I have to point out that what I saw of the So. Car offense vs Miss State wasn't very impressive. So shuting them out doesn't seem like that big a deal.
UGA has the best def line in the Nation. Our LB's stink. As a whole, I'm not to sure of this defense.
I see that Joe T is out for a few games, that puts the spotlight on your young freshman QB. Tough spot, but fortuneately UAB, Col, and Ole Miss aren't exactly Juggernauts. Terry
This schedule works out well for Stafford. He looked okay. He has the strongest arm that I've seen at UGA. The kid has a cannon. Once he gets some experience he should be a good one. Right now his feet are his best asset. The kid is a better scrambler than Shockley. The schedule allows for him a learning curve before UT.
