Congratulations, Bill. I can't imagine going 6 weeks without the convenience of home internet. I know you took trips to the library. I had a problem with my provider and ended up using my phone as a hotspot for several days while I waited for the new provider to install the service.
It's kind of the price we have to pay to live in our mountain home Sid. I also learned to use my smart phone more but it's really great to have full service back.
Glad to hear you are back! I remember the problem being with the tower, did some one rebuild it or do you have a different solution ?
Good one George. Terry, yes the problem was the tower. More like an antenna. It was on a house, actually the house belonged to my sister-in-law and now my nephew. The first company didn't do as good a job of anchoring it and winds pulled it loose several times and damaged the roof leaving it in need of some real repair. That was finally done and it was mounted again with the anchors being mounted in the stronger structures of the house. The nephew is happy and we are happy so life is good.
