    Fabulous article. Thanks for mining that out of oblivion for us. As you know I have been saying on here for a long time that our immigration policies, or lack of them, are an isidious way to build a voter base for the Libs. The other tool is entitlements, the slave chains of the last 50 years.

    Its simple and straightforward. Give them some freebies and lock them in once dependent.

    The GOP is as useless as tits on a bull; they are the gang that couldn't shoot straight. The Dems are much more ruthless and organized. My hope is that the Tea Party movement continues to grow and organize because, in my view, these are real Americans with real values.

    p.s I'm surprised this author is at ND, not exactly a bastian of conservative viewpoints. Let's hope he survives the publicity :wink:

    George, if there were ever a viable third party movement that was not flaing liberal or radical right wing I would consider voting that way. I hope the tea party folks keep organizing along those lines also.
