    Housing for everybody! Even if they don't have the credit and means to qualify for the loan. I mean it's the American dream, what could go wrong?

    you gotta laugh because I'm tired of crying.

    It was their programs all along that caused this. Now the dust is almost settled from that scandal, they are bringing it back again. Well great, maybe I can get a ******* home again...somehow I doubt that I'll qualify though.. not without suing my way out of it.

    :wink: Just glad I don't have to collect on these loans anymore. looks like government is into predatory lending that's what shut done many small financial companies like Benefical and HFC. I never could understand how the lending dept could lend to these people . I wish they had to collect on them

    Lefties like Obama actually believe that "Wall Street greed" crashed the economy in 2008; not the government forcing banks to loan money to people who couldn't pay back the loans....
