    Most call and cancel/reschedule. But between last week and now today and likely tomorrow....lost production that will never be recovered. January fortunately was excellent, so that helps.

    I hear you. My wife works for my nephew who is an Optometrist ( Busiest practice in the state). I am well aware of what empty time slots can do to your bottom line!
