Happy Thanksgiving everyone! For me this is truly a day of Thanksgiving. I have been through some tough times involving my health the past couple of years but for now, I think I'm in the best health I've been in a long time. I hope all of you enjoy this day and I wish you and your families all the best.

Thanks for the good wishes, I am in Austin waiting on the feast to hit the table!

Hope all of you are doing well and enjoying family and friends along with the turkey and fixings!

I can't find the A&M vs UT game though, must be on the Longhorn Network. I wonder if it will come down to a Justin Tucker FG? :D

Kind of looked like the Von Miller show to me. Lot of names I remember for both teams. Ryan Swope wasn't mentioned but he became Mr. Aggie eventually right? Garrett Gilberts one of the bigger QB busts I can remember, he was a can't miss HS AA coming out of Lake Travis. But he did. Mike Sherman, I always thought he was a pretty good college coach that was fired too soon, certainly was a good OL coach though.

Swope bacame a favorite target of Johnny Football, but had to forgo a shot at the pros due to concussions.
    Didn't Gilbert transfer to SMU?

Sherman was VERY good at finding undervalued recruits and developing players. He had to be to rebuild after the Franphony clown show left the program in shambles. Unfortunately he didn't have any cache with most higher profile type players so we were always short on stud difference makers when we played the upper crust teams.
