otherwise Tenn would be the death of him....it's going to OT after Tenn appeared to be running away at halftime.

Last 5 min of the game probably took 20 years off Toms life!! :)

Tennessee did not win this game. South Carolina lost it.

The turn over plagued SC offense gave us the first half lead. A back on track SC offense DOMINATED the second half.

A senior offensive lineman goes down and the youngster filling in for him saves the game by covering a Tennessee fumble. Did we even get a single first down in the first 25 minutes of the second half :?: :?: :?:

If this is the best effort that Tennessee coaches can inspire... never mind, the IF should not be considered. This IS the best effort that that the Tennessee coaches can inspire. Mike Hamilton better have feelers out in many places.

Tom, you need to relax. Tennessee is now in charge of their own destiny again with very winnable games the rest of the SEC schedule!

    Congratulations by the way.

I had picked Tennessee to win and was happy to see the 21-0 lead. Then it disappeared and went into OT.

Glad to see the Volunteers won regardless of how they won. I am not a Steve Spurrier fan.

    Bill,

I do need to relax... but I can't with Fulmer's "go into a shell" and play not to lose mentality. I can count on one hand how many times we attempted to go over the top of the defense. I can't count on everyone's hands in my whole fire department how many times we tried to outrun a fast defense to the corner.

This is a new frontier here. I was in high school when Bill Battle was circling the wagons. I was a fan of Johnny Majors and supported him to the very end. Criticizing the coaching staff is something that does not come easy to me. That being said, I am ready to see this entire staff leave from Fulmer down to the water boy. Bring in a young enthusiastic head coach and allow him to build his staff around his needs.

Mike Hamilton better have his act in gear. If he is not looking right now, we might as well start with a new AD as well.

Heckuva game. I saw only the second half and the OT. How about the SC kicker? Hits a 49-yarder to tie the game and misses the game-tying FG in OT. Ouch!
