not really, but if that title doesn't get Bobda out of hiding in his bunker with that damned wiener dog, nothing will.

Come on Bob... You know we lost to Pitt this weekend. Your abuse has been missed. Don't let DickRod steal your program and your moxie!

Bobda is probably torn, he in the first place would like to defend Lloyd from the accusations of being a wiener dog, but in the 2nd place UM was beaten by a high school trick play at Purdue so I'm not sure he'd be crowing very much on that front. :)

    LOL, Corey.

The weiner dog passed away a few years ago and replaced by Lloyd, a 95-pound Goldendoodle who, like his predesessor, quickly figured out he hit the doggy lotto by becoming the family pet of a middle-aged couple with no kids--run of the house, access to any sofa, chair, or bed to sleep on, shares half my dinner and desert plus his own food, daily trips to the dog park...

Given the glass house/throwing stones rule, I plan on taking a low profile regarding any ND loss. But, regardless of our miserable season, reading the M BBs provide some fun. For years, they bashed Lloyd about his string of mediocre seaons. Now with this season-where we are lucky to be 2-7-the Lloyd and Moeller years are starting to be looked at with a little different perspective. Basically, the posters are like people who assumed their very comfortable lifestyle was a given and eternal but angry that they were not living in a Grosse Pointe mansion now dealing with life in a Detroit tenament and depending on food banks for substinance.

I think the question now is whether this seaon is an abberation and that Rich Rod will quickly rebuild the team or whether Michigan is going to experience what the Nebraska fans have experienced after firing Solich and having to live through the Callahan years.

A goldendoodle? Man, times change. :D

I have enjoyed the hammering of pantyskirt wearing, pom-pom waving ND fans over on NDN. One week we're back, the next week Charlie has to go. What a group of Nancy boys. i share your frustration with the BB idiots. I guess they forgot just how bad we were last year. That being said, Chuckles needs to turn a corner for the best soon.

Michigan is a team I've watched a lot this year and just can't make heads or tails out of for whatever reason.. They have entire segments of each game in which they are getting blown right off the field, only to regain control of the game and dominate it... As mentioned by you, the consistent approach of Lloyd is sorely missed these days.

Any chance you boys shock the world and dump the Buckeyes?

    Bobda,

95 lbs.!? That's a big dog. Goldendoodles are beautiful dogs. I'm not surprised that Lloyd runs your home. Our 8+ year old Bichon, George Gipp, runs our empty nest. However, I draw the line when my wife says that he can understand what we are saying. Please don't tell him I said so.

Sid, He is a great dog. He kind of looks like standard poodle on steroids with a poodle frame but taller and thicker and a poodle-like coat but has a retriever face and ears and long, bushy tail. He is friendly to all and does not have a mean bone in his body. He seems to have acquired the best qualities of both breeds with no real downside (other than chewing up my shoes, several sweaters and shirts, a new sport coat, two ties, basement and den carpeting of our old home and a portion of our leather sofa ) although my understanding is that buying a hybrid can be a crapshoot so maybe we got lucky.

Corey and Terry, If RR pulls off a miracle and beats the Buckeyes in Columbus, I would call the season a roaring success. The problem is that this team has only played well in brief spurts and has regressed defensively. Plus, our skinny, mobile offensive line has been getting mauled. Like the Penn State game, we might be competitive for a quarter or two but I think our chances against the Bucks are about as good as McCain's chances tonight.
