    The refs have been quite friendly to the Gators in this game, including that call of 'kick catch interference'.

    I wonder if/when the Gators take advantage of this field position to get the game winning score... you will whine about Auburn being cheated? lol

    Amazing. The defending NC HC is 0 for Auburn. College football is a great game.</t>

    That was the same ref crew from the famous UT Fla game a few years back. Same crew called a big rivalry game agiant Virginia a few years back. It is also the crew that gave Tech a win over UGA that almost led to a state civil war.

    And those refs that hate UF also tacked another 15 yards onto the interference call because of Tubberville's protest. These calls came at a crucial time too. Inquiring minds want to know!

    Wow...UF did get the calls.

    Amazing that Meyer and Mullen could not take advantage.

    TT has a phenomenal SEC road record and also against ranked teams.

    The guy can coach....

    :lol: COCOLOCO.....u still want Tubs fired?

    KP......how's Bama?

    I am rooting for UF vs LSU....it would be great to see Tebow pull a Superman vs Les Miles' team.

    nothing against the Gators

    <t>but long ago I held that good teams find a way to overcome bad calls. That couldn't have been a more perfect storms in terms of bad call, timing of bad call, field position and score of game to perfectly suit MCG's year long case that the game on the Plains the year before was 'stolen' from the Gators.<br/>
    <br/>
    The officials literally gift wrapped a game winning drive for the Gators, and Auburn's D turned them back. Then the Auburn O did what they had to do to win the game.<br/>

    Actually, I know he's not a good coach. He said that himself, he's a CEO type. He delegates. He sets himself up nicely that way. If he struggles, he blames his coordinators and fires them. That's what he has done in the past and that is what he was doing to Al Borges until last night. Funny, he never seems to claim to be a CEO type too much after a big win though. I really do not think too much of Tubbs firing one way or the other.<br/>
    <br/>
    I'm sure Urban can't wait for Tubbs to go away. On the other hand, Sly Croom may want him to stick around for a while.<br/>
    <br/>
    I thought ESPN was flashing some stat that Tubbs was unbeaten against top 5 teams, or top 5 teams on the road... I guess USC wasn't in the top 5 when they handed Auburn those two Ls eh?<br/>
    <br/>
    As a matter of fact, I think 'Ears was melting down during the game while his team remained rather poised. That too would indicate he is more of a CEO type.</t>

    Gonzo,
    Alabama is fine. We lost the game. Lack of offensive production. Our offensive line is just not opening any holes. Thanks for asking.

    I don't think another 15 yards was tacked on for Tubberville complaining. A flag went down but no yardage was stepped off.

    I'll say more in my topic about my trip.
