The flu could be a factor as to which football teams survive to the Championship game this year. I don't doubt this is true for others right now also. Tebow And Others Travel Separate
Karma... The Mighty gators thumping their chest and nobody will be able to beat us... Then a microscopic bug invades the camp... Karma...
Reminds me of "War of the Worlds". Nuclear weapons couldn't stop them... the common cold wiped them out.
By the way... Tom won't be at the game today. Tom caught a virus of some type and was very sick last night. I am completely week and washed out this morning and it is stormy in Knoxville. Right now, we are leaning toward not making the trip from Chattanooga to Knoxville. IF the weather clears by 4 p.m. and IF I get to feeling better, we will go. At this point, I am doubting it.
Tom, I think that things being what they are you should watch the game from your hotel and not take any chances of exposing yourself more. It really isn't worth it. And that has nothing to do with football but for your health. I'm going to watch the games from my living room and my new tv. Hope you feel better soon.
We are in our RV and are fighting with DirecTv. We paid for "Pay per Day" to get the ESPN GamePlan for the day but are having issues with DirecTv programming. We may not get to see a single game today. These morons have used canned troubleshooting techinques to the point of pissing me off so much that I have cancelled the DirecTv installation at my house. We were going to add DirecTv to our existing Time Warner Cable but they just blew that sale.
Probably will need it. DirecTv has just decided that their troubleshooting techniques of powering down, resetting, and powering back up 6 times has blown my receiver. I have been hung up on by two technicians and a supervisor. We have given up on these a$$holes and have decided to not only cancel the new install, but cancel the service we have had with them since January 2000.
