    The two perennial SEC East top teams are shooting it out in Florida’s back yard. The play from both teams has championship potential written all over it.

    This is a fun game to watch without a dog in the fight. Both are 5-2 in the SEC and the loser drops to third place and has a big hole to dig themselves out of.

    Kentucky looked extremely week at the start of the season. They are making believers out of their fans and their opponents. If Florida wins this one, they scare the heck out of me with a rematch coming with Tennessee on Feb 22nd. If Kentucky wins, that scares me as well because we still have to play them twice.

    Please Lord… can they both lose??? :roll: :wink:

    41 to 39 Kentucky leads at half time on ESPN2.

    This is one heck of an entertaining game. I started out watching it just to scout the competition. I continue to watch because of the level of competition.

    There have been several calls that I completely disagreed with but the officials seem to be calling it the same for both teams.

    If you have time… tune in to this one for the second half. 8)

    I don't know if Florida is stepping up or if Kentucky simply folded.

    Kentucky went up by 6 and then it was like a switch was flipped. Kentucky can’t do anything right and Florida can do no wrong.

    Florida up by 15 with 10 minutes left. Can they find their game again?

    Congrats to Florida

    <t>Nope! <br/>
    <br/>
    Florida has multiple players with career high scoring. Kentucky may have multiple players with career high misses.<br/>
    <br/>
    Florida misses a shot and a follow up comes from a teammate. Kentucky misses and there are no other blue jerseys close.<br/>

    Congrats to Florida. I know there is 4 minutes left, but there is absolutely no way for KY to climb out of the now 17 point deep hole.</t>

    Gators stepped it up in the 2nd half and trail Tenn by a game in the East.

    LSU lost their first conference game today against Alabama.'

    It was a great game for Gator fans in the House of Horrors. Nice to see a Gator squad pretty much handle UK in the paint.

    Now .... let's hope the Wildcats rebound with a big win on Tuesday night!!

    Wednesday in the O-dome's HoH will be insane if UK defeats UT.
