Not a lot of debate with me, I am afraid I just reject this guys points, the major ones being a player played a long time.

I might buy some of his players belonging on that list, but not a lot of them.

Quite frankly, I don't think that the guy really knows what he's talking about. For instance he states Roger Maris had only one good season 1961 when he hit 61 HRs. (without steroids I might add.)
Oh really. Well let's look at 1960. Here's what Maris did
<<<In 1960, his first season with the Yankees, he led the league in slugging percentage, runs batted in, and extra base hits and finished second in home runs (one behind teammate Mickey Mantle) and total bases (four behind Mantle). He was recognized as an outstanding defensive outfielder with a Gold Glove Award, and also won the American League's Most Valuable Player award. >>>
OK maybe it's just me, but I think that that is a pretty "good" season.

I remember Ted Williams being interviewed about Phil Rizzuto. This was before Rizzuto was elected into the HOF.

He claimed that the Scooter was the unsung hero of the Yankees; that he was a sparkplug and in the middle of all their rallys in his opinion. he went so far as to say that he didn't think the Yankees would have won as many WS as they did in that time period without Rizzuto.

    I think he had 9 or 10 rings . Over-rated?

    Crap...crap....crap...

I wouldn't even know where to begin trying to analyze nonsense like this. Nolan Ryan was virtually unhittable for over a quarter of a century. Pitching for some of the worst teams in baseball history, he brought a genuine fear of getting killed to the game. The only chance the other teams had was when he lost his control or developed one of his many blood blisters on his throwing fingers, because the ball was rotating too fast as it left his hand. He retired at age 46 when his fastball finally dropped below 100 on the radar guns...

This writer's Top 5 overrated players also includes the likes of Pete Rose and The Yaz? This isn't even mildly amusing. It's crap. If he gets in the batter's box when I'm on the mound; he eats dirt. It's automatic.

Better yet, I toss Corey at him. He wouldn't even get to the batter's box...
