    Worst President of my lifetime.

He has done his best to hinder oil production, however now he is taking credit for our oil production increasing.

    Hypocrite

From the article{quote]Obama boasts that, on his watch, production is up and imports down. True, but truly deceptive. These increases have occurred in spite of his restrictive policies. They are the result of Clinton- and Bush-era permitting. This has been accompanied by a gold rush of natural gas production resulting from new fracking technology that has nothing at all to do with Obama. [/url]

He's being enabled by the media who continually fawns over him and is loathe to attack him on any front.

    The College Conservative

It went largely unnoticed, but five months ago President Obama unwittingly delivered a golden sound bite for conservatives. While speaking at a million-dollar fundraiser in the People’s Republic of San Francisco, the president told the crowd of donors that if he didn’t win re-election in 2012, “then we’re going to have a government that tells the American people ‘you are on your own.’” The president went on: “If you get sick, you’re on your own. If you can’t afford college, you’re on your own. If you don’t like that some corporation is polluting your air or the air that your child breathes, then you’re on your own. That’s not the America I believe in. It’s not the America you believe in.”

If it were not already obvious that the president is out of touch with the American spirit, this quote should eliminate any doubt. Clearly, the president is a true believer in the nanny state. He believes in an America where the government is there to care for every sick individual and pay for every student’s college tuition. In Barack Obama’s America, if the government isn’t either heavily regulating or actually providing a service, then there is something wrong. Look no further than healthcare or his record on welfare. The number of individuals receiving food stamps increased 33 percent between November 2008 and 2010 and his proposed budget for 2011 projected doubling the amount of money spent on food stamps. Of course, it is unsurprising that President Obama’s remarks were met with resounding applause in that setting. That speech was delivered in the most liberal area of a state in fiscal ruinbecause of a culture of fiscal and personal irresponsibility. Remember, this is the same state where the average citizen has debts of $78,000 against an income of $43,000.

Another Obama Milestone: Highest Average Gas Price In History For The Month Of March…
    [IMG]
Makes Carney’s comment earlier today that Obama is “not concerned” he will be blamed even more absurd (if that’s even possible).

(ABC) — The average price of a gallon of regular is now $3.87, the highest recorded price in March. The average price is up nearly 4 cents from a week ago, and over 30 cents from a year ago, according to the Department of Energy, as more drivers face gas prices of $4 a gallon or more across the country.

Last week, the average gas price was $3.83 a gallon, the previous record according to data going back to 1990.

The West Coast was once again the most expensive region with an average gas price of $4.23, up almost 2 cents from last week, with an increase of over 37 cents from a year ago.

The least expensive was the Rocky Mountain region with $3.62 a gallon. That region had the highest increase from last week, 14 cents, while the average price there climbed almost 24 cents from a year ago.

Here at the Jersey shore gas prices have been frozen at $3.65 for over two weeks. No movement in either direction which is strange.

These are the basic tent poles of Obama’s plan – bankrupt and weaken America to the point of no return. Obama, and anyone who shares his ideology, must be eradicated from the American political landscape.

    CBS

The National Debt has now increased more during President Obama’s three years and two months in office than it did during 8 years of the George W. Bush presidency.
The Debt rose $4.899 trillion during the two terms of the Bush presidency. It has now gone up $4.939 trillion since President Obama took office.

The latest posting from the Bureau of Public Debt at the Treasury Department shows the National Debt now stands at $15.566 trillion. It was $10.626 trillion on President Bush’s last day in office, which coincided with President Obama’s first day.

The National Debt also now exceeds 100% of the nation’s Gross Domestic Product, the total value of goods and services.

Killing Farm Life As We Know It

Obama’s Outrageous DOL Rules Will Restrict Minors From Working on Family Farms – Killing Farm Life As We Know It
    [IMG]

Obama knows as much about farming as Linda Lovelace knows about oral hygiene. When I was a student at St. Margaret's School in Chino, California, one of my classmates, Wally Watte, used to drive his tractor to school. His family owned the farm at the other end of the field from our school and he didn't want to walk. Every day he would drive that noisy, old, clunker...kicking up great clouds of dust...spewing toxic pollutants into the atmosphere, and ignoring the nuns who were screaming at him as he casually parked it in back of the classroom, next to his seat on the other side of the window. There was nothing anyone could do to stop him. Wally and his farm family were invulnerable.

Wally and I were nine years old...

    Gateway Pundit

For generations children and adults have worked together on the family farm.
    Those days are over.

Senators John Thune (R-S.D.) and Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) today introduced the Preserving America’s Family Farm Act, to prevent the Department of Labor (DOL) from enacting its controversial proposed restrictions that would ban children from working on family farms.

Senator Thune spoke out against the Obama Administration’s proposed labor rules for youth who work on farms and ranches on the Senate floor.

The Obama Administration’s rules are so strict they would restrict minors from handling most animals and even from using battery-powered screwdrivers.

After watching that compilation of this administrations misdeeds, slight of hand and overwhelming incompetence, I can only wonder why anyone other than a committed socialist or someone hopelessly addicted to government handouts would vote for him.

    Obama Threatens Supreme Court

Obama: Supreme Court An “Unelected Group Of People” So They Shouldn’t Be Able To Overturn A Law Passed By Congress…

As a supposed “law professor” shouldn’t he know how the separation of powers in the U.S. Constitution works?
    <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/yWZ9JVvUG0g?feature=player_embedded" frameborder="0"></iframe>

Note how he says Obamacare passed with a “strong majority,” which we all know is a crock of ****, they had to resort to reconciliation to ram it through Congress.

It's obvious that the "law professor" got his law degree because of affirmative action. (wonder why he still has not released his college transcripts despite his exceptional intelligence.) And as always, "them that can do...them that can't....teach.)

And after watching that think about this story
    http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20035398-503544.html

Apparently not all laws passed by "a democraticly elected congress" get a free pass. And notice in this case HE decided that the law was unconstitutional. Who needs the Supreme Court when the great one is in the White House?

Gay marriage is a train running down hill on the track and it's only a matter of time before it's legal in all 50 states. I think it's a case of careful for what you wish for, at the same time that gays are celebrating every time a state allows it, heterosexul couples are eschewing marriage in increasing numbers.

Divorce lawyers are no doubt behind it, as it opens up a whole new group of people for them have as clients.

Actually, as always it's an economic issue. Perhaps you recall the 80's when gays just lived together filing seperately and laughed at married heterosexual couples who had to pay the "marriage penalty." Then along came AIDS and gays found themselves often hit with huge medical expenses and no health care coverage. Now it became an advantage to be "married" so that they could get coverage through a "spouse."
I see that the minute gay marriage became legal in NY employers stopped allowing medical coverage to workers domestic partners. As some bright person once said, be careful what you wish for....
