Now that Yahoo is out of the picture, a new topic seems to be in order. Terry, can you transfer the most recent post to the new topic? Thanks Don
This is really the only information needed from the old topic I think ESPN Pickem is opening a contest after all. I have created a private group Skyboxers. A few changes from Yahoo, confidence points with two entries if you desire, password is DB58. Go to ESPN Pick'em to enroll. If you do not have an ESPN account, you will need to create one. Further information will be provided as needed.
Terry, you mentioned in the other (Yahoo) topic that the first week of the ESPN Pick'em contest is only 10 games. That's how ESPN does it. Only 10 games a week. In a normal season, they pick the 10 most competitive games. Not sure how it will look this season.
Personally I prefer the way Yahoo does the Pick'em, but I can live with the ESPN Pick'em for one year.
I see the picks are available this morning for week #1 on Sept 26th. For those not familiar with the ESPN version, you can rearrange your picks by moving your picks up and down the scale to maximize confidence points. You must first submit your picks prior to making changes!
Sorry guys, I honestly didn't even realize this was the 2nd week of college football for this season. That's how all this stuff has affected me. I'll have to sit this season out.
Tim the ESPN contest doesn't start till the games of the weekend of the 26th, so you have plenty of time to get registered and make picks.
