...to see this game in 1986: http://www.gatorsports.com/article/20110922/ARTICLES/110929855?tc=cr ....UF's last loss to Kentucky on a cold Nov. day in Lexington. I don't think UK can score more than 10 points this year either but do believe UF will score the needed more than 10 this time to defeat UK for the 25th straight time. UF 35 UK 10
Thanks for the vote of confidence TT. I don't know if you caught it but I have commented on what talent I see in the Vols....especially at QB and WR. You guys are a threat to anyone this year and every Gator appreciated that win last Sat......because you were a quality opponent. Good luck the rest of the season.
I was not shocked by the outcome. Disappointed that we made so many mistakes, especially the shotgun snap. Brey was having the ball rolled to him consistently. He had to scoop the ball up which took his attention off the job at hand. I have a feeling that center will be about ten pounds lighter in the next game from running laps for two weeks.
Had the same problem with the snap last year at UF and it did cause Brantley problems. I thought Bray handled it well. That kid will win a lot of games at Tenn.....he looked great in person.
I'm not sure the score will be that one sided. From what I see of this Gator team they call off the dogs more than have been done in the past. I'll be going to a sports bar with my son in Raleigh to see the game. We did that last year also. 38 - 14 Gators.
I'll revise... UF 42 UK 0 I don't see Kentucky marching past the 50 yard line more than once unless Florida puts in the tuba section at defensive line in the 3rd and 4th quarter.
Well Tom you were 4 points off the total win margin and I had Ky pegged at 10 points scored. We both did pretty good on prognosticating this game. Enjoyed the win but as I lamented to my son it may be a month before we see Florida win again. Two almost sure losses to Bama and LSU and then the usual hose job that Florida always gets AT Auburn followed by an open date.
Please someone send photo's of any receiver in the country that has at least six fingers because it would be an improvement over what UK has for their receiver corp....I'm 47 and run a 17.6 in the 40 but I could help their offense...
I'll go one better than that! I'm 53 and run 17.6 yards in 40 seconds and could still help their offense. Remember, Randy Sanders is their OC and QB coach. Fulmer gave him his Tennessee walking papers long ago. The kicker: Their wide receivers coach is Tee Martin of Tennessee National Championship QB fame. Wide Receivers coach??? Tee needs to coach the QB's.
