    The only thing that bother me about this is that we, the voters, should be nixing this stuff...and not have to rely on judges to protect us from the politicians that we are dumb enough to elect.

    Yeah we really need to fight this encroachment on our rights to live our lives as we see fit even if we are making bad choices.

    Today it's "Big Gulps" tomorrow, it's something else and then something else. There are so many things we love to eat and drink that aren't especially good for us, but banning them isn't the way to go.

    So let me see if I got this straight...
    I can smoke three packs of Camels with no filters a day, but I can't have a Coke?
    At least if they were actually looking out for us they would have a leg to stand on...
    Still wouldn't be their right to decide for me, but at least it would be a discussion.

    This is just idiotic.

    Have you seen how much in taxes those bloodsuckers get for the pack of Camels? In the long run they put their swag ahead of health every time.[/i]
