    NU women 26-0.

It'll be interesting to see they start talking up a possible NU/UCONN game this week.

Both UConn and Neb are, barring complete collapse or injuries to critical players, locks for #1 seeds. Stanford is the other #1 seed most likely...who'll be the 4th #1 seed is up in the air. Irish hicuped with the injury to Lindsey Schrader and lost 2 games, she's back now and we should finish pretty well, although I don't think we can beat UConn in our final game of the year and we'll have to face them in the Big East tourney. So I think it'll be tough for us to be that 4th #1 seed. I'd say if Tenn can win out they will be the 4th.

UConn vs Neb both undefeated would be huge. Although Neb, like UConn will have beat some quality teams in the conference tourney.

I attended the ND womens BB game vs. Marquette Tuesday night. They are very good, but I can't see anyone beating UConn this year, even the Lady Huskers.

I would have to agree Sid, Geno is a proven coach who has been in this position before and always closes it out. He's had several undefeated nat'l champions.

I expect the Huskers to make the final 4, the issue will be a team that has never been there with a coach that has never been there vs a veteran coach with multiple NC's and a veteran team that won the NC last year. Not to mention that they have arguably the 2 best players in womens college basketball right now in Tina Charles and Maya Moore. Neb's Kelsey Griffith is right there with them but it's 2 great players vs 1 great player.

But hey that's why they play the games, upsets happen!
