Well...the big day came and went. The End of the World was postponed for lack of interest. Who said this was the last day of planet earth? Was it the Mayans or the Protestants? I always get them mixed up. I've been watching out my window here in SoCal (burp) and all I see is the usual zombies and outer space types...nothing unusual or out of the ordinary. Hey...I have a question: if zombies from outer space actually did attack and caused earthquakes and tried to end civilization as we know it...who should I notify? MTV? Is there a difference between legal and illegal aliens when they admit that they're invading? Inquiring Minds Want to Know......JO'Co
I'm fairly certain that I've offended a good many people here in the Belt over the past few days. The real fun is in totally offending them, making them question the basis of their faith AND make them laugh. I should be getting paid for this.
Personally I think it was a publicity stunt for that guy's church and non-profit radio Family Radio Network. Contributions probably increased in the run up.
8) We finally have the official explanation from the holy man who did the original calculations. Golly, I believe him. Now we need to round up those Mayans... http://youtu.be/tsN50hB8x_M
Well you know that yesterday was when those going to heaven would ascend and the rest of us would be left here to suffer all the hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. So they can't find that guy, maybe he ascended. And heck we've had nothing but all sorts of natural disasters....so maybe he was right and it's the rest of us who are forked!
Nope heard he and his family took off with the millions of dollars his followers gave him... so sad. read people gave up their kids college funds and retirement funds. I wish they would be able to arrest these men and throw them in jail forever... let them preach in jail.
