The greatest Clutch hitter in the history of baseball just ended his second Sox win in a row. The man is the most feared hitter in the history of the sport...and he never fails to produce. UNBELIEVABLE!!

He certainly is the most feared hitter in the AL this year. I'm glad I have him on my fantasy team. :)

No one apparently ever feared Ted Williams.

He is the most feared hitter when the game is on the line at the moment. His stats are roughly the same as Jason Giambi.

I hope Brad Lidge finished his degree while at ND. He's going to need it. What a dropoff from a year ago.

Re Teddy Ballgame: " There goes the greatest player to ever hit a baseball". However, similar a bit to that quarterback for the Indy Colts ( his name skips my mind at the moment) , He was not clutch and never won The Big One. Ortiz on the other hand defines CLUTCH. When the opposing team intentionally walks Papi...when first base is already occupied..and moves winning run into scoring position... WITH MANNY up next... THAT is respect for CLUTCH!! jif
