Pretty damned cold here in Florida too for November.... but hey it's all relative to what you're used to. It's sort of like a chilly day in early May in Detroit....
Global Warming, causing Global cooling? At least none of you guys live in Buffalo. Can you believe how much snow that they have had? 5 ft and more coming.
I see where the Bills are offering to pay folks $10 an hour to shovel out the stadium. You also get a ticket to Sunday's game. Wonder how many will take them up on the offer.
I saw a report where they estimated that it would take 18 days to remove the snow from the Stadium. They are likely going to move the game to Detroit, Pittsburgh or Fedex Stadium in DC. All less than 300 miles from Buffalo. I can't for the life of me wonder why they would even consider any place but Detroit if they have to move the game. Now granted there maybe other issues like what each stadium would charge to hold a game and stuff like that but if weather is the issue it's alway's 72 and dry in Ford Field.
As I said unless there was a $$$ issue I couldn't believe they would play it any other place. Wasn't there a displaced game played in Detroit a few years ago as well?
I googled it. It was the Vikings-Giants game in 2012 that was moved to Detroit when heavy snow tore a hole in the roof of the MetroDome in Minneapolis, rendering it unsafe. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000...unsafe-so-vikingsgiants-game-moved-to-detroit
