Da Huskers. Wins over ND, AZ, and Minn propel NU to tourney title. But hey, you knew that anyway right?

NU, 8-2 on the season, should jump up to 3rd, from their current ranking of 4 in the land.

    JB? Were you there?

    JOBA CHAMBERLIN. PRE-SEASON ALL-AMERICAN PICK

Pitcher: Joba Chamberlain, Jr., 6-3, 225, Nebraska (Lincoln, Neb.)
Chamberlain was dominant in his first outing of the season while holding No. 19 North Carolina State to just two singles over 7 1/3 innings in NU's 4-3 win over the Wolfpack at Charleston, S.C. He fanned seven and allowed just two hits to a team that entered the contest averaging over 17 runs per game and hitting .460 as a team. Chamberlain now is 5-1 with a 1.89 ERA in eight starts against nationally-ranked teams during his two-year career.
