Ohio is standing tall with Ohio State. I am sure that Ohio has some great players but they couldn't have as many as OSU can they. Surely the depth of OSU will prevail. I have 20 points riding on this win. Go Buckeyes.

    Tom,

We certainly have not looked very strong in the first half. Third down conversions have hurt us. We miss Beanie!

Ohio is playing with a lot of confidence.

Marshall is leading Wisconsin as well at the end of the half.

Well I don't expect that Marshall or Ohio will win in the end...but I took them and the points so I'm just hoping that they keep it close. Right now with the points it's Ohio 42.5 and OSU 6, and Marshall is up 34-17 on Wisky. :)

The 85 scholarship limit has done a lot to create more parity.

I expect OSU to pull away though.

I hope you bet more on Ohio than you did on Marshal. It appears that Marshal ran out of steam.

No money, but NDNation and InsideTexas both have Yahoo pick'em contests that use point spreads. I took Marshall and the points, as I did with Ohio State and even Miami. It's definitely harder to make your picks when you have to consider point spread. Anytime a team is still on the board at 30+ points underdog I have to seriously consider them. When it's more than 20+ you have to consider taking the points, lots of times those underdogs are overlooked and the favored team is flat allowing a closer than it should be game. But of course sometimes they don't and cover the spread!

Gators are about to make it more than 20.5... possibly.
