Thanks guys. This was a really gut wrenching game.

I had the feeling that if we played 12 quarters tonight it would still be a close game.

I don't think it was as exciting as the Texas - USC game but it was a different kind of exciting.

I'm going to have trouble sleeping tonight.

I did so in another topic but I will give congrats here as well.

I just have one more thing to say. I watched the whole 4th quarter with the TV muted because I couldn't take that praise-fest the announcers were generating. You would think that Tebow was the second coming of Christ the way they were drooling over him.

Tim is a great player. However, after you hear it for the 50th time in one hour, it gets quite old. Announcers are supposed to be neutral. I kept expecting to hear one of them wanting to have Tim's child.

Congrats to you Florida Fans. An interesting game to watch and some great defensive plays on both sides.

Turned out to be a lower scoring game than most of us anticipated.

National Championships in two of the last three years isn't bad at all!

I like Thom Brenneman......as a baseball play-by-play announcer. He is completely out of his element as a football play-by-play guy. That's why he has to resort to all those platitudes. That's the problem with Fox doing college football. They don't have anyone who is accustomed to the college game.

I couldn't believe in the first half when OK was going for the TD on 3rd and goal. He thought it was 4th and goal. It even confused me. Geeeesh.

    Bill,
I agree. This one had two very good defenses in it. My kind of game. Good job Gators.

Congrats Gator fans! I'm glad the SEC keeps the BCS title for the third year in a row althouh I'm a little concerned about the stream of recruits that are certain to continue to pour into Gainesville.

For the record, I totally agree about the commentators/announcers on Fox. They just seem awkward calling a college game. Of course, we all know how great Tebow is. I'm sure Chuck Norris and Superman wore their Tim Tebow pajamas with pride last night.
