Congrats Notre Dame

Just wanted to say congrats while I have internet access on vacation.

Notre Dame truly looks great this year. The TE killed us in the 1st half.
Your defense looks much improved over last year. Looks like you have improved all phases of your game.

Penn State was no match. Too many mistakes and missed plays.
With new offensive and defensive schemes, I knew we had little chance unless we played a perfect game. When I saw the fumbled snap on the FG attempt I knew it would not be their day. Same thing happened the week before.

Thank you. As I said in another topic, PSU is a good team and will make big noise in the Big 10 this year. I was listening to ESPN Radio Gameday on XM on the way home from the game. Beano Cook said that PSU will get even next year in Happy Valley when senior-depleted ND visits, and your QB has a year of experience under his belt.

 

Blue and Gold magazine had an interesting view of this game.
The '06 PSU team is what the '07 ND team will look like. Next year it will be ND that loses its QB, most lineman etc. It could be a difficult trip to the Happy Valley for ND next year.
