They remind me of UCLA basketball under John Wooden.

I thought you guys were overboard when you offered Saban all that money to leave the Fins.

Helluva hire in retrospect..... way to represent! Congrats!!

All, thanks that was a very satisfying win. I was very worried about our ability to run the ball. The first drive took care of that. I was kind of surprised that Notre Dame did not throw short over the middle. That was the Alabama vulnerability but Notre Dame seemed to try to throw deep more. I'm not complaining though 8) . For Alabama, everything worked. I can't think of any other description. Like I talked about before, this match-up was classic and I really thought this would be close. I'm glad that Alabama and Notre Dame met on the field again and I am very proud of Alabama. Roll Tide

On another note... Bama performed that well all game regardless of the score against a team that doesn't know how to spell QUIT! Congrats Kyle and Brian and all Bama fans everywhere.

What a great effort by the Tide. I don't think I'll sit comfortably for a week after that ass kickin'. Your secondary closed fast and finished strong. Your D line was so good that we really didn't try to test them. McCarron was a maestro orchestrating the offense. Cooper has a great future. Most impressive were your running backs especially Lacy who glides effortlessly in traffic but is like a wild bull on contact.
Great win and a championship well earned.

I have not had a chance yet to say congratulations to your powerful Tide team, wow what a powerful statement made by the team. They truly are a dynasty....

I just wish Saban would lighten up and enjoy the moment but that is not his way...

    Congrats....

All the reports I'm reading on ND boards from guys who went to the game are that the Alabama Fans as a group were great fans both before and after the game.

Believe me... As a Tennessee fan, I have been on both sides, winning and losing. You tend to see the better side from fans that win. Sure there could be bad winners as well as bad losers. With that said though... I have not personally met a single Tide fan that rubbed me the wrong way. Can't say that about LSU.

All of the bad ones must live in Decatur and are too ignorant to get to Miami.
