I just noticed that the favorites listed on the yahoo pick'em site are not the favorites but the home team. I don't know if this was the case the last 4 weeks as the home team was basically favored in most of the games. It shows Tulane favored over LSU, Colorado favored over Oklahoma and Washington favored over USC. Better make your picks carefully.
AJ, I made that observation prior to the first week's games, and Tom pointed out that the first team is the home team, NOT the favorite as shown in the heading.
I've been on vacation the last 3 weeks so I haven't paid careful attention to my picks. That's why I am leading :lol:
Guys, Until the line is posted, the favorite will always be the home team. If you go to the "Group Picks" page and look at the ... well, it just changed. Now the spread is posted. Therefore, if you go back and look at your picks, the favorite will actually be in the favorite column. The home team will be in bold text. Until that spread is posted on the site, the favorite will be the home team. Keep this in mind when making your picks early.
